These terms govern your use of Orvix products and services provided by Orvix Technologies Ltd. By using Orvix, you agree to them.এই শর্তাবলি অরভিক্স টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেড কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত অরভিক্স প্রোডাক্ট ও সেবা ব্যবহার নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে। অরভিক্স ব্যবহার করে আপনি এতে সম্মত হন।

1. Accounts১. অ্যাকাউন্ট

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have authority to act for your organization.আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট, প্রদত্ত তথ্যের সঠিকতা এবং ক্রেডেনশিয়াল সুরক্ষিত রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার। প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষে কাজ করার অনুমতি থাকতে হবে।

2. Subscriptions & billing২. সাবস্ক্রিপশন ও বিলিং

• A one-time installation fee applies at setup.সেটআপে এককালীন ইনস্টলেশন ফি প্রযোজ্য।
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, sized by users and data.সাবস্ক্রিপশন মাসিক অগ্রিম বিল হয়, ইউজার ও ডেটা অনুযায়ী।
• The Orvix Attendance device is ৳ 20,000 one-time per unit plus ৳ 500/month per device.অরভিক্স অ্যাটেন্ডেন্স ডিভাইস প্রতি ইউনিট ৳ ২০,০০০ এককালীন, সাথে প্রতি ডিভাইস ৳ ৫০০/মাস।
• You may upgrade or cancel anytime; fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.যেকোনো সময় আপগ্রেড বা বাতিল করতে পারেন; পরিশোধিত ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয় (আইন ব্যতিক্রম)।

3. Acceptable use৩. গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and no uploading of content you don’t have rights to.সেবার অপব্যবহার করবেন না: বেআইনি কার্যকলাপ নয়, প্ল্যাটফর্ম বিঘ্নিত বা রিভার্স-ইঞ্জিনিয়ার করার চেষ্টা নয়, অনুমতিহীন কনটেন্ট আপলোড নয়।

4. The attendance device৪. অ্যাটেন্ডেন্স ডিভাইস

Hardware carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The device requires an active subscription for cloud sync and management.হার্ডওয়্যারে উৎপাদন ত্রুটির বিরুদ্ধে ১২ মাসের ওয়ারেন্টি। ক্লাউড সিঙ্ক ও ম্যানেজমেন্টের জন্য সক্রিয় সাবস্ক্রিপশন প্রয়োজন।

5. Data & privacy৫. ডেটা ও প্রাইভেসি

You own your data. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.ডেটা আপনারই। আমরা কীভাবে এটি পরিচালনা করি তা প্রাইভেসি পলিসিতে বর্ণিত, যা এই শর্তের অংশ।

6. Service availability৬. সেবা প্রাপ্যতা

We aim for high availability and publish status updates. Enterprise agreements may include a formal SLA.আমরা উচ্চ প্রাপ্যতার লক্ষ্য রাখি ও স্ট্যাটাস প্রকাশ করি। এন্টারপ্রাইজ চুক্তিতে আনুষ্ঠানিক SLA থাকতে পারে।

7. Liability৭. দায়

To the extent permitted by law, Orvix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.আইন অনুমোদিত সীমা পর্যন্ত, অরভিক্স পরোক্ষ বা পারিণামিক ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়। আমাদের মোট দায় পূর্ববর্তী ১২ মাসে পরিশোধিত ফিতে সীমাবদ্ধ।

8. Changes৮. পরিবর্তন

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use means acceptance.আমরা এই শর্ত হালনাগাদ করতে পারি; গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তন আগে জানানো হবে। ব্যবহার চালিয়ে যাওয়া মানে সম্মতি।
